In her opinion, against the backdrop of the obvious advantages of reforming the enforcement proceedings, this process also has risks. «The decline in quality is a side effect of most novations», – highlighted Oleksandra. According to her, at the initial stage of the development of a mixed system of execution of decisions in the conditions of the natural process of migration of personnel from the public sphere to the private, main risk lies in the decrease in quality of the enforcement proceedings.
