On June 14, an open lecture by Denys Maystrenko, the partner of Pavlenko Legal Group, took place at European Business Association. The topic was «Shareholders’ agreement – new opportunities for business».
During the lecture the participants discussed the latest changes in corporate legislation concerning shareholders’ agreements, viewed this type of agreement as the new tool for regularization of relationships between business partners, considered its advantages and development peculiarities.
