Pavlenko Legal Group successfully protected the interests of a large taxpayer PJSC “Dneprometiz” in a dispute over tax assessment notice review for the amount of UAH 35 million.

The above-mentioned litigation was considered by Dnepropetrovsk District Administrative Court at the suit of PJSC “Dneprometiz”.

Particularly, PJSC “Dneprometiz” didn’t agree with additional charges of the Office of large taxpayers of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, which was mistaken in believing that some enterprise operations did not have the nature of a real transaction.

At the same time, the team of attorneys of law of Pavlenko Legal Group disproved the position of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, which led to full satisfaction of the claim and cancellation of additional tax charges for the amount of UAH 35 million.
