Lawyers of Pavlenko Legal Group successfully cancelled the additional tax charges in the administrative dispute of our client OTP Leasing.

Tax assessment notices were made due to mistaken position of tax authority. The inspection considered that the acts of the state executor did not confirm the actual return of the leased asset from the lessee to the lessor. The client turned to us for rights protection after receiving negative decision from court of the first instance. It should be mentioned that the client received the decision signed by the judge only a year after the proceeding.

Our lawyers proved the mistaken opinion of the inspection. The negative decision of the court of the first instance, the battle with the fiscal service, the risks of appeal omission – our team had to work hard in order to win the case.
