Organizers of the event The Ukrainian National Bar Association and the Association of Administrative Judges invite the legal community to discuss the legal aspects of dispute settlement with the participation of a judge in Ukraine. Also participation in the discussion of lawyers and mediators from Georgia will allow us to get acquainted with the experience of our foreign colleagues on this matter.

Oleksandra Pavlenko, as one of the recognized mediators in the settlement of extrajudicial disputes in Ukraine, was invited as the speaker to a panel with the topic “Settlement of the dispute involving the judge on the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine”.
