The public complaints authority of Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine decided in favor of our client NUCTECH COMPANY LIMITED. This decision was based on consideration of several complaints on the purchase of scanning systems for inspection of trucks and containers by order of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
