On June, 22 Oleksandra Pavlenko, the attorney of law and managing partner of Pavlenko Legal Group, took part in the School of Real Law. The participants listened to the lecture “Legal support of election campaigns”.
During lecture the key issues of legal support of campaigns were considered, including the following:
- forming strong legal staff;
- working with calendar plan;
- personal legal risks of the candidate;
- electoral fund peculiarities;
- criminal liability.
Using our company cases, Oleksandra Pavlenko also shared the team’s experience in the field of legal support of election campaigns of individual candidates.
