The Association of Advocates of Ukraine presented the work of the Corporate Law Committee<\/h1><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row parallax=”” parallax_image=””][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”10170″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row parallax=”” parallax_image=””][vc_column][vc_separator][vc_column_text]On September 15 within the framework of the AAU Forum \u00abFormula for success: standards of advocacy\u00bb, a presentation was held of the Corporate Law Committee. Head of the Committee Olena Pertsova, attorney at law, Head of the Dispute Resolution of Pavlenko Legal Group and Deputy Head of the Committee Sergey Benedysyuk, attorney at law, Head of the Corporate Law Practice and M & A of EVRIS, identified the audience goals and tasks for the near future.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In connection with global changes in corporate law legislation, there is an urgent need to share information and experience between practicing attorneys. According to the AAU management the Committee will become such a professional platform. On how the judicial practice develops in this category of disputes, as well as on possible changes in the near future, we will speak at the events Elena presented to the legal community.<\/p>\n

\u00abDisputes in the field of corporate law have always been considered a complex category of cases. That is why the Committee’s goal is to create an equal approach of attorneys to issues of corporate law, which in the future will be one of the tools for ensuring the unity and stability of judicial practice\u00bb, – said Olena Pertsova<\/a>, Head of the Committee and Head of the Dispute Resolution of Pavlenko Legal Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The work plans of the Committee include the preparation of profile bills to eliminate disagreements in the sphere of corporate law and the involvement of attorneys in active lawmaking.<\/p>\n

\u00abFor us, stability of judicial practice and proper regulatory and legal regulation of corporate relations are important.
