Pavlenko Legal Group successfully represented the interests of the state enterprise of Ukraine in the name of completing the process of corporatization of \u00abUkrzaliznytsia\u00bb<\/h1><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row parallax=”” parallax_image=””][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”10044″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row parallax=”” parallax_image=””][vc_column][vc_separator][vc_column_text]The Pavlenko Legal Group team won in the District Administrative Court of Kiev, successfully defending the interests of \u00a0“Kiev Electrotechnical Plant “Transsignal” PJSC in a dispute with the National Securities and Stock Market Commission about recognizing the Commission’s decision as unlawful. The decision of the court came into force and brought to execution.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The court not only abolished the order of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, but also ordered the Commission to register a report on the results of the private placement of shares, which enabled the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine to transfer the specified shares of the Transsignal plant to the Ukrzaliznitsa company on July 19, 2017, thus securing the completion of the process of its corporatization.<\/p>\n

The project is notable for the fact that the court case was actually a complicated conflict of law situation, which made it impossible to complete the registration of an additional issue of shares of \u00a0“Kiev Electrotechnical Plant “Transsignal” PJSC, which, in turn, did not allow to complete the corporatization of the railway.<\/p>\n

Together with the Transsignal plant and the leadership of the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Pavlenko Legal Group team developed a legal solution plan for the situation and successfully defended the plant’s interests in the litigation.<\/p>\n

The project was accompanied by the Head of \u0421orporate Law and Stock Market Vitaly Burdak<\/a>, lawyers Serhiy Oleksin<\/a>, Vadim Maistruk<\/a> under the supervision of the managing partner of the Company Oleksandra Pavlenko<\/a>.<\/p>\n
