Anatoliy specializes in banking and finance, insurance and labor law, dispute resolution. He successfully advises the clients on taxation, appealing decisions and inaction of regulatory authorities, as well as supports transactions for real estate alienation and acquisition, property rights protection, enforcement of bad debts and court decisions. Anatoliy is a young and perspective attorney at law of the company who is involved into complex and resonant cases.

• representing the interests of the insurance company PJSC “UASK ASKA” being in TOP-10 insurance companies of Ukraine in an economic dispute related to financial and aviation law – initiation by the aircraft owner of the litigation on collection of insurance payment from insurance company in connection with aviation event;
• representing the interests of OTP Bank JSC in a dispute with the office of large taxpayers of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine concerning the return of income tax overpayment in the total amount of UAH 182 million;
• representing the interests of the investment company Logistic Invest LLC in an economic dispute initiated by the prosecutor’s office in the interests of the local government body on debt collection under lease payment and termination of land plot lease agreement;
• protection of the legal rights and interests of a large construction company, which is engaged in construction of residential buildings and real estate in Ukraine, in a dispute on recognition of the bill of exchange as non-enforceable;
• representing the interests of innocent purchaser of the apartment against the unlawful actions of the bank being in the process of liquidation regarding the foreclosure on apartment with total value of more than UAH 1 million.
• protection of the rights and interests of the dismissed director of an enterprise managing the safety and quality of medical products in Ukraine in a dispute on changing the definition of the cause of dismissal and dismissal wage recovery.
