Associate

Requirements:

University Degree in Law
Fluent Ukrainian and Russian, Upper Intermediate English is a must
Work experience from 3 years (in corporate, M&A and antitrust)
Proficient communicative skills
Attention to details
Good analytical and organizational skills
Motivation for development and career growth
Capable to work in team and independently
Friendly, confident, attentive

Responsibilities:

Research and preparing advise on various legal matters (primarily in the area of business structuring, M&A, corporate and competition law etc.)
Managing small projects, drafting various legal documentation (minutes, charters, SPAs etc.)
Participation in legal support of M&A transactions and business restructuring, preparation of transactional documentary
Obtaining permits to concentration/concerted action
Preparation of articles and commentaries on legal topics.

Junior Associate

Requirements:

University Degree in Law
Fluent Ukrainian and Russian, Upper Intermediate English is a must
Preferred work experience from 1 year (preferably in corporate, M&A and antitrust), we also can consider candidates without experience
Proficient communicative skills
Attention to details
Good analytical and organizational skills
Ability to learn

Capable to work in team
Friendly, confident, attentive

Responsibilities:

Research and advise on various legal matters (primarily in the area of business structuring, antitrust, labor law, M&A, corporate and competition law)
Reviewing, editing and drafting various legal documentation under supervision of senior colleagues (minutes, charters, SPAs etc.)
Translation of various legal documents into / from Ukrainian, Russian, English.
